January 2024 Care Professional of the Month: Joserine M.
Joserine has been a caregiver with us since Aug of 2023, but man has she made a impact with clients in that short time! Since her first day she has hit the ground running and has done a great job with keeping the office informed about the progress of the clients she helps. She says what she likes most about working with clients is "seeing the improvement I make on every shift".
Joserine says that the key to being a caregiver is to be patient and understanding. Joserine may have just started with us but has been in the field for a few years now. Her advice to caregivers would be "take your time with your clients. It’s a vulnerable situation for them and they will need to know they have your support and understanding to ensure they are 100% comfortable". Well said Joserine, keep up the amazing work!
