Nashville March 2021 Professional CAREGiver of the Month - Victoria Terrell
Say hello to Victoria Terrell, the Nashville March Professional CAREGiver of the month. Victoria came to Home Instead like many others starting out… just needing a job but found so much more in Home Instead. Victoria transitioned from the fast food and factory industries to work with the Home Instead family. With almost 2 years’ experience now as a Professional CAREGiver, Victoria has embodied the ideals of Building Trust, Taking the Lead and Sharing her Heart. Throughout her time with Home Instead, Victoria has been attentive to the needs of her clients and communicates any need they may have to the office. Victoria also communicates with her fellow Professional CAREGivers that work with the same clients to ensure the best continuity in care. In addition to her communication, Victoria exhibits a willing spirit when having to stay late if necessary. Home Instead has surely found a diamond in the rough that shines bright and brings the quality of care that is an example to those around her.
Aside from her hard work as a PCG, Victoria is currently in school at Nashville State, working on a business degree. A few of Victoria’s favorite things include her birthday, Christmas, the color light blue and a candy known as Sweet Rope. May her journey with Home Instead be rewarding and may she have great achievements for years to come.
