Meet Our Team

Jonathan has devoted his career to Senior Care in the Pacific Northwest. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and has served at various facilities from Seattle, WA to Portland, OR and immediately prior to purchasing Home Instead he was the Director of Operations at Bend Transitional Care. Jonathan has a heart for service and enjoys the opportunity to keep our communities loved ones Home Instead.

Jonathan is Married with two children and enjoys skiing, and golf in his spare time.

Courtney began her career in senior care in 2015 with an in-home care agency in North Carolina, and decided to continue on in this field after making the move to Bend, having found that senior care is such a rewarding career field. She loves coming to work each day knowing that she is helping to make a difference in the lives of seniors in our community.  She moved to Bend and began working for Home Instead in 2017 as the Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator and transitioned into the Human Resources role in 2019. Since then she has worked hard to continue her education, earning her PHR & SHRM-CP certifications, providing the skills necessary for the role of Director of Human Resources. 

In Courtney's critical role as Director of Human Resources, she is responsible for ensuring corporate compliance and fostering a supportive and engaging environment for our amazing Care Professionals and Administrative Team.

In Courtney's spare time, she enjoys working out and is proud to be a Certified Personal Trainer. She, her husband Nick, and two dogs Boba and Jango were so proud to welcome a baby girl into their family in May of 2023.

​I was born and raised in Southern Oregon, and moved to Bend in 2005. I started working for Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver in April of 2009 and was shortly after invited to join the office team. I get to work with a team of amazing co workers and community partners who truly CARE for the aging population of our community. It is my pleasure to serve our community and help to build Home Instead to be the best In-home care agency in Central Oregon. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and dog.

I joined Home Instead in February of 2013, and currently work as a Client Care Coordinator. I have been in the health care field for 20 years. I enjoy working with clients, their families and our caregivers to ensure that quality and consistency are delivered.

Having been a caregiver for many years I’m well aware of the caregivers’ needs and will be willing to assist them to create a pleasant experience. I’m here to support our clients are caregivers so if you have questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to call or stop by.

When not at work I enjoy spending my time with my husband and 4 kids. We take pleasure in camping, hunting, and watching the kids participate in their sporting events.

After taking care of my aging grandfather in his final days, it was then that I found my passion of caring for seniors. I moved to Bend to be closer to my grandkids and became a CAREgiver for Home Instead. After a couple of years as a CAREgiver I was asked to join the office staff as a receptionist/weekend supervisor and eventually onto the roll of a scheduler. I love my job and making a difference in our seniors lives.

Outside of work I love to spend time with my grandsons. I enjoy going to watch all their sports activities and during the summer we spend a lot of time outdoors and at the lakes enjoying the beauty of Central Oregon.

Hi, I’m Tina. I have been with the Home Instead since 2016  and currently serve as the Payroll/Accounting Manager. I am very excited and proud to be a part of the Home Instead family.

I was born in Oregon, raised in California and moved back to Oregon over 20 years ago. I have three wonderful children and 6 grandchildren. I am very involved in family and feel very lucky to have my kids and parents all in Central Oregon. Since my kids are all grown my Pek-a-Pom Sofia and cat Chloe get most of my attention these days.

I enjoy cuddling with my fur babies, watching movies (mostly comedies), football and my favorite TV show “Friends”. I also enjoy spending lots of time with family. With six grandkids there is never a dull moment!!

My name is Jessica Gaskins, I have been with Home Instead since June of 2021. I work as a Client Care Coordinator. I take pride in representing Home Instead & being able to serve the community of Clients.

My passion for making a difference started very young. I was just 9, when my mom took care of my disabled "gramma", I loved her so much. I'd make sure she took her meds & insulin. I'd also help her roll her pant leg up & safety pin in just below the knee, where her leg was amputated. I started volunteering at the Assisted living facility in town when I was about 14. I would make beds, set tables, call bingo & anything else they'd let me do.

 When I turned 18, I started caregiving & over the years worked my way up into Administration & Care Coordinating.

I have lived in beautiful Central Oregon since I was 10 years old. I have lived in Arizona & Texas but always find my way back home. I have 3 children, 2 grandchildren & a granddog. I like to spend my free time doing family activities. In the summer months you will always find me soaking up the sun. I enjoy all outdoor activities that Central Oregon has to offer.
