Each year, the Walk to End Alzheimer’s brings together communities to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research. The Alzheimer's Association set up the walk at Bradley Beach where 875 participants and 136 teams walked in support of those struggling with this terrible disease. The community has nearly reached our goal of raising $270,000!
Our aide, Karen, walked in solidarity with others as participants proudly carried Promise Garden flowers, each color representing their connection to the cause. It was great to connect with people about their experience with Alzheimer's and also share our commitment to providing the best Alzheimer's Care in Shrewsbury, NJ.
For those who couldn’t attend, it’s not too late to support the Alzheimer’s Association. Donations can still be made through the Walk to End Alzheimer's - Monmouth-Ocean, NJ Fundraiser Page.
