Saba H. gets a lot of satisfaction from helping people, and Home Instead gives her that opportunity. “I love the work that [Home Instead] does,” she says. Saba enjoys making her clients “as comfortable as possible” and just “being there for them,” she says. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with her seniors through “honest conversations.” Saba notes that to be a Care Pro, one has to really love the job.
She advises her fellow Care Pros to “put the client first.” And when times get tough on the job, Saba relies on her faith to see her through. “I pray for God to give me strength and grace,” she says.
