Alzheimer’s disease affects millions of people across the country, and the Walk to End Alzheimer’s is one of the largest efforts to raise awareness and funds to combat this terrible illness. This walk unites communities nationwide, helping to fund critical research and support services for those affected by Alzheimer’s.
This year, Home Instead of La Mesa was honored to participate in the 2024 Walk to End Alzheimer’s in San Diego. The event raised nearly $505,000 to support Alzheimer’s research and care services. Our team joined thousands of others, walking in solidarity with families, caregivers, and individuals impacted by Alzheimer's. Together, we walked for a future where Alzheimer’s no longer devastates lives.
