Lori French, our Community Care Coordinator, recently represented Home Instead of Sacramento, CA at the Acts of Humankindness Awards hosted by Dignity Mercy Hospice. This event celebrated individuals who have shown compassion and care to patients and families during challenging times.
During the ceremony, we had the pleasure of meeting Natalie, Director of Clinical Services at Dignity Mercy Hospice, who supports patients and families on their end-of-life journey. We look forward to collaborating with Mercy Hospice to provide essential care and support to their patients and families.
