Amy started the business in 1987 as she saw a need in our local community to provide the aging population with a more personal option to age in place. She works hard to create an individualized plan of care for each and every client based on their needs and wants, ensuring that every senior is treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. By working hand in hand with her clients and their families while using the most up to date technology partnered with constant communication and personal touches no matter where a client calls home, Amy and her team ensure that the Home Instead motto, "To us, it's personal", is a living breathing way of doing business.

Morgan McNamara is a vibrant, energetic professional who hails from the bustling city of San Francisco, California. After moving to Tennessee she completed her bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Tennessee. With her bubbly demeanor and infectious enthusiasm, she has seamlessly transitioned into her new role as Director of Sales and Marketing. Morgan's passion for her field of communications shines through in every interaction, as she approaches each day with an unwavering sense of purpose and excitement. Whether networking with industry peers, collaborating on innovative projects, or simply engaging in casual conversation, Morgan's warm, charismatic nature leaves a lasting impression on all those fortunate enough to cross her path.

Nikki, a native of sunny Southern California, made the bold decision to uproot her life and move to Knoxville in October 2018. After settling in, she officially joined our team in March 2021 . Nikki's expertise and dedicated work ethic shine through as she manages our scheduling and handles on-call duties with precision and care. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Nikki's vibrant personality is evident in her love of food, outgoing nature, and insatiable wanderlust. She dotes on her three beloved babies and cherishes every moment with her new son, Nixon. Nikki's infectious energy and warmth bring a ray of sunshine to our office each day, and we consider ourselves truly lucky to have her as part of our team.

Courtney brings a wealth of experience and compassion to our team. Originally from Elizabethton, TN, she now calls Louisville, TN home. Since joining Home Instead in August 2021, Courtney has become an invaluable team member. Her background as a caregiver gives her unique insight into the needs of our clients and employees alike. She excels at guiding new hires through the interview and orientation process, ensuring they feel prepared and supported for their important new roles. When not at work, Courtney enjoys quality time with her two cats, rescue pup, family and friends. We feel fortunate to have someone of Courtney's caliber supporting our organization's mission. Her dedication and care for others shines through in all that she does.

Born and raised in the picturesque state of Wisconsin, I recently relocated to Tennessee. My love for travel, hiking, and hunting has brought me to new adventures in this beautiful area. Prior to my current position, I spent two years as a CNA, providing compassionate care to those in need. I enjoy cozy nights at home watching movies and snuggling with my cat when I'm not out exploring the world. My passion for the outdoors and nurturing spirit makes me well-rounded individual who values helping other. I'm happy to be a part of the Home Instead Team. 

As the client care coordinator at Home Instead, Stephanie,  is dedicated to ensuring the well-being and happiness of our senior community. With three young boys of her own, She understands the importance of family and the peace of mind that comes with knowing your loved ones are in caring hands. Her passion for helping people extends to every aspect of her work, and she is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our clients and their families. Hello, everyone! My name is Julia, and I am thrilled to introduce myself as the Administrative Assistance at Home Instead. Although I hail from the sunshine state of Florida, I’ve called the beautiful mountains of Tennessee my home for over half of my life now.

As a proud momma to two energetic boys, ages 10 and 9, my world is filled with laughter, adventure, and a little bit of chaos! When I’m not at work, you can often find us exploring the great outdoors—whether it's alongside the serene waters of the lake, venturing out for a hike, or cozying up on the couch with a good book in hand.
