Is our CAREGiver of the Month for June!!!
Anna Rossmiller proves to be a brilliant CAREGiver for our Home Instead office. Anna builds trust with her client and our office through her reliability and responsibility. Anna lives more than half-an-hour away from our office and our clients, but she is still on time for her shifts. This shows she truly respects her clients and their time. She is dedicated to her work and truly believes our mission -that the work of a Home Instead CAREGiver is to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. Anna shows our office that she is a critical component of helping our office achieve this goal.
Anna shares her heart with her clients by going above and beyond to connect with them and show up. Anna illustrates how showing up for her client and being on time makes a huge difference in their life. This willingness she shares of being present in her shifts, with her clients, and with our office does not go unnoticed. If we need her to come into the office, she is willing to do so without any problems.
Anna takes the lead to meet the needs of her client in a creative way. She recognized the need of her client was in communication. Anna took the initiative to teach her client sign language. As result, Anna and her client can signal to each other answers to questions that would otherwise be hard to determine.
Anna shows us her exceptional expertise through her efforts as a Home Instead CAREGiver. Through her dedication as a CAREGiver and team member, through her creativity and care, her responsibility and reliability, she makes it clear that she is deserving of her award as CAREGiver of the Month for JUNE!
