This proactive approach enables her to build strong relationships with her clients and their families, who appreciate her dedication and work ethic.
Denise advocates for the clients under her care, ensuring their needs are met by maintaining open communication with other Care Professionals working different shifts as well as the office staff. She provides detailed updates about each client so that the next Care Professional can pick up right where she left off, providing a seamless transition of care.
