When are you the happiest?
I am happiest when I get to spend time at the gym or when I get to spend time with close friends.
What do you love most about being a Home Instead CAREGiver?
I truly appreciate the relationships I get to build with my clients because we have one on one time together. While caring for those in a hospital, I found it difficult to build relationships because everything felt more rushed than it does at Home Instead.
What is the most important thing you have learned in the last five years?
In the past 5 years, I have learned the value of time management. Having a healthy work-life balance makes life more enjoyable and I try my best to make sure I am not spending too much time working.
