Tyler Tuggle, Owner, CSA of Home Instead Towson, MD

Tyler Tuggle, Owner, CSA

Tyler Tuggle is the owner of the Towson Home Instead Office. Tyler grew up in a family that took pride in caring for his grandparents and did everything possible to keep them in their homes. He spent many weekends performing chores at his grandmother's home, and he understands the importance of allowing seniors to live with dignity. Tyler is an Army veteran with a wide variety of business experience. He worked in program management for both the profit and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to purchasing this office, Tyler worked as a Strategy Business Consultant. He moved to the DC/Maryland area in the mid-2000s to attend college and has made it his home. He graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor's degree in Government. He also has an M.B.A. focusing in General Management. During his personal time he enjoys climbing, running, and hiking with his wife Nicole and Labrador Retriever named Trigger.

As a Certified Senior Advisor, Tyler enjoys meeting new clients and their families to learn about their goals, preferences, and concerns beyond immediate care needs. This allows Home Instead to provide a personalized care experience that fits in with a client’s long-term plan.”

Cindy

Cindy C., RN - General Manager

Cindy is the General Manager at Home Instead in Towson, Maryland. Cindy previously had extensive experience in the healthcare field as a Registered Nurse for over 30 years. In the beginning of her nursing career, she worked in the Emergency Department at St. Joseph Hospital for 23 years. Along with this experience, Cindy also passionately aided in her grandmother's hospice care. Due to this, Cindy grew a devotion for keeping seniors safely in their homes while restoring their quality of life. Cindy has a great loyalty for helping others, as shown through her prior experiences in healthcare and home care. During her free time, she enjoys exercising, spending time on the beach and being with her family.

Candy P., Human Resources Manager

Candy is a dedicated Human Resources Manager in the senior care industry. She has spent over 15 years working in all aspects of care, with a focus on the unique challenges and needs of the senior care sector.

Over the years, Candy has worked her way through the ranks, serving in a multitude of positions at a variety of senior care facilities. She is known for her ability to build strong relationships with both employees and management, and for her dedication to creating a positive and supportive work environment.

Candy is passionate about helping seniors and their families and takes great pride in her work. She is committed to ensuring that the employees of Home Instead are well-supported and treated fairly so that they are able to provide the highest level of care to its clients.

Cory

Cory M., Staffing Coordinator

Cory has worked in the healthcare industry for over 10 years serving in a variety of roles including customer service, program coordination, and event coordination. He graduated from Towson University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. Cory has a passion for helping others and believes in helping seniors live their lives to the fullest. Cory is an avid sports fan and loves spending time outdoors with his puppy.
Mikaila

Mikaila W., Client Care Coordinator

Mikaila started out working in the Activities Department of an Assisted Living Facility after graduating from Towson University with a degree in Gerontology. She then joined Home Instead in 2019 as a Home Care Consultant. She has always had a passion for working with and helping seniors live a quality life. Outside of work, Mikaila enjoys exercising, baking and musicals!

Mieasha B., Engagement Coordinator, CMT.

Mieasha has over 5 years of experience working as a CNA/CMT in the Healthcare industry. She has worked with a variety of clients to include seniors, veterans, and even children.  She joined Home Instead in 2019 as a CAREgiver and now holds the position of Engagement Coordinator . She has a strong passion for giving seniors the best possible care. She has an even stronger passion for making sure that they are treated with respect and dignity, and she treated all clients as if they were her own family. In her spare time, she enjoys nature and swimming. 

Maiza

Maiza I., Staffing Coordinator

Since earning her degree in Mass Communication in 2017, Maiza has embarked on a dynamic career journey. Excelling in customer service and communication, she smoothly transitioned into program and event coordination roles. Her dedication to building partnerships has made significant impacts, especially in projects supporting seniors. Inspired by her grandmother's battle with Alzheimer's, Maiza's passion for helping others has been deeply shaped by personal experiences. Outside of work, she finds joy in cooking and diving into a good book.

Millie Intern 1

Millie, Barketing Intern

Millie is a recent addition to the team, and she has eagerly started her career in senior care by spreading the word about Home Instead. She believes that the right companion and/or caregiver is just what Baltimore’s seniors need to age in place with dignity and respect. In her spare time she enjoys stealing socks, digging holes in the back yard, and is always up for a belly rub.
