So how did Home Instead get started here in Cleveland and become a life-giving resource to countless people throughout this area? 🤔
When we talked about our founder Betty Bowers last, we mentioned her extensive work at Case Western University. Her career seemed to take a tragic downturn though as she followed an opportunity and shortly after experienced being laid off. However, instead of accepting defeat, she dug into her faith, her experience, and began something new.
In 1996, Betty took this time and helped bring Home Instead to the great people of Cleveland. This location would prove to be one of the first 10 Home Insteads in the nation, and the first to come to Ohio.
In founding Home Instead Cleveland East, she championed these values:
🌷 Do everything to the best you possibly can.
🌷 Do everything you can to care for our clients.
🌷 Prioritize training for everyone.
🌷 Reject mediocrity.
We have carried these values into how we care for every individual today. Together, we carry her passion and her heart into every room we step into.
Thank you, Betty ❤
