Disability Pride Month is a time to recognize and celebrate the strength and resilience of individuals with disabilities. It’s about promoting awareness, acceptance, and inclusion, ensuring that everyone is valued for who they are. At Home Instead, we recently celebrated by taking part in Norfolk’s Disability Pride Day, organized by The Arc of Norfolk.
Our Client Care Coordinator, Cory, set up our Home Instead booth and engaged with attendees, discussing how our home care services have made a difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities in our area. The day was filled with fun activities, including art and activities booths, caricature artists, a photo booth, a free-will donation lunch, and a variety of local vendor booths.
As we continue to offer the best home care in Norfolk, NE, we ensure that all members of our community receive the care and respect they deserve.
