We had the honor of hosting a mixer for the Coalition for Older Adult Health Promotion in Lincoln, NE! Light snacks and drinks were served as well as St. Patrick's Day-themed cookies from a local bakery. Thanks to the Coalition for allowing Home Instead of Lincoln to host this important event.
At the mixer, members were invited to discuss resources and services that impact local seniors. The Coalition for Older Adult Health Promotion organizes informational and social gatherings for its members on a monthly basis (even months = breakfast/educational meetings, odd months = mixers). To ensure we provide our clients with the best home care in Lincoln, we must stay current on the services and resources available. Hosting helpful organizations like the Coalition for Older Adult Health Promotion is a great way to stay current and engage with others in the community.
